Grain mustard is a Dijon mustard.
It is made as in the past using a stone grinder by the Moutarderie Fallot from whole mustard seeds. The seeds give it a grainy texture and softer than classic Dijon mustard. Grain mustard is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and makes sauces milder.
