Nid 5 Valfleuri is emblematic of Alsatian pasta. This 5mm wide, fine and tasty noodle, rich in 7 fresh eggs per kilo, is excellent plain with a knob of butter, as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish or poultry. We also particularly like them with carbonara or pistou.
