Such different pasta!

Spätzle, rich in fresh eggs and flavors, are part of Alsatian gastronomy and are traditionally browned in butter and served as an accompaniment to game on holidays. Their original shape, thick and rough, also lends itself to all kinds of culinary creations. On a daily basis we particularly like them sautéed in the pan with mushrooms and in a gratin.
