Finer and rich in fresh eggs, Penne d’Alsace Valfleuri is cooked to perfection like all Alsatian pasta, in order to reveal its magnificent flavor of fresh eggs. Its grooves hold sauces based on cream or vegetables. We recommend it with generous sauces, such as our beef bacon riesling sauce.
